About Jay.

Equal parts history buff and tech enthusiast, Jay weaves tales of kings, queens, and pharaohs alongside nerds, megalomaniacs, and "smart cookies." His acclaimed Whispers of Atlantis, Cleopatra, and Spartacus series transport readers to ancient Rome, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Persia, and India, while his Dark Shadows saga spans the globe in the “near future.” He is a resident of the beautiful US Pacific Northwest where he lives with his wife and daughter. Jay happens to be an engineer with an MBA (apologies), and can seamlessly shift from discussing Sumer's last king to displaying his brilliance with corporate-speak like "synergies", "closing the loop" and "+1 to that."

Having lived, studied, and worked across three continents and five countries, Jay's deep appreciation for diverse cultures fuels his passion for writing stories that transcend borders and connect people.
